Teacher – Primary Years
St Martin de Porres School is seeking a passionate, contemporary and committed educator to join our teaching team as a Permanent Full-time Primary Teacher from January 2027.

Role Description
- Actively support and contribute to the Catholic Identity of St Martin de Porres School.
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of innovative, inclusive and evidence-based teaching pedagogies in the Primary Years.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the Australian Curriculum.
- Demonstrate the effective use of data to inform Teaching and Learning programs to improve learning outcomes for all students.
- Have experience with the MSL approach to Literacy development.
- Be able to use the PBIS approach to classroom management and be able to support student and community wellbeing.
- Possess highly effective communication and interpersonal skills in developing positive and collaborative relationships with learners, colleagues, parents and the broader community.
