Absolute Medical Response is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Education to lead the strategic direction and delivery of our education programs. As a national provider of medical response and clinical education, we are committed to excellence, innovation, and impact in the healthcare sector.

Role Highlights:

Develop, lead, and expand high-quality clinical education programs nationally.
Drive compliance and quality standards in line with regulatory frameworks.
Lead a passionate team of educators and collaborate with clinical experts.
Working with AMR's Head of School, you will foster innovation in teaching methodologies and digital learning platforms.

About You:

Tertiary qualifications in education, health sciences, or related fields.
Proven leadership in vocational or clinical education (RTO experience ideal).
Strong understanding of compliance (ASQA, AQF, etc.).
Exceptional communication and team-building skills.
