Kindergarten Teacher - Early Learning Centre (Graduates Encouraged)

About The Role

In this role, the successful applicant will:

Design and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs that create purposeful, play‑rich learning experiences that spark curiosity, inclusion and discovery
Create inclusive, stimulating and child-led learning environments that that encourage purposeful interaction and exploration, that prepares children confidently for Prep by building foundational skills aligned with the Australian Curriculum
Build warm, nurturing relationships that foster each child’s sense of belonging and emotional safety, while modelling and embedding Christian values that inspire confidence, character growth and a strong sense of personal potential.
Develop respectful and supportive partnerships with families, colleagues and the wider community to scaffold each child’s individual learning journey.
Provide Insightful Child Development observations, assessments and evaluations of children’s skills, behaviours and progress to plan meaningful next steps and identify when additional support or assessment is needed.

You Will Also Bring

Experience in delivering the Australian Curriculum in Early Learning education and care preferably in a stand alone kindergarten environment
Minimum Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) - ACECQA recognised
Certificate - CPR (HLTAID009) (or willing to attain)
Certificate - First Aid in an Education Setting (HLTAID012) (or willing to attain)
Child Protection (Geccko) Certificate or ability to obtain
