We lead education for children with disabilities and support families along their journey. The Board seeks applications for Principal—a rare chance to lead a dynamic school on Sydney’s North Shore, providing outstanding education for students with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and sensory impairments.

St Lucy’s is renowned for nurturing each child’s spiritual, social, intellectual, physical and creative growth within an inclusive community. As Principal, you will champion our mission and Dominican values, provide visionary leadership, foster faith formation, and drive innovation in curriculum and staff development for special education.

We are looking for a future-focused leader with a strong commitment to our Catholic identity and educational philosophy, demonstrated senior leadership, staff management, and financial stewardship. Essential qualifications include postgraduate studies in education or special education, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to cultivate a positive school climate. Experience in special education and active engagement in the Catholic Church are highly valued.
