As Lead Educator at our Toombul Service, you will:

Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality educational programs aligned with EYLF and QKLG
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the community
Create inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environments that foster belonging and development
Guide, mentor, and support educators to deliver best practice

About You

Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care
Experience in a leadership role
Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and National Regulations
Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
A passion for leading teams and supporting children to thrive
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
