Join Torrens University as a Future Students Service Coach and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing, student-focused team. You'll be at the heart of our enrolment success—identifying opportunities for growth, closing performance gaps, and leading initiatives that elevate both individual and team outcomes. Accountabilities:
Development & Coaching
- Conduct regular one-on-one and group coaching sessions to help recruitment staff meet and exceed their targets
- Evaluate individual and team performance, offering constructive feedback and creating development plans.
Training Program Design & Delivery
- Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to different levels of the recruitment team.
- Create onboarding training for new hires, ensuring they quickly understand systems, processes, and recruitment strategies
Process Improvement
- Collaborate with the recruitment leadership team to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with the recruitment operations team to refine and enhance recruitment processes and CRM systems.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide feedback to the recruitment team to drive results.
- Identify trends in recruitment performance and design strategies to address challenges and seize opportunities.
Who you are:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in recruitment or coaching roles, ideally in education or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Ability to analyse recruitment data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven experience in training and coaching individuals to achieve recruitment targets.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
