Role Overview:
- Flexible Work Options: Full-time or part-time (min. 4 days/week)
- Remote Role: Work from home and in the community (Moreton Bay or Brisbane North -based)
- Diverse Caseload: Support in home and community settings
- Person-Centred Plans: Develop positive behaviour support plans
- Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct assessments in various environments
- Therapeutic Interventions: Support engagement, emotional regulation, and social skills
- Work-Life Balance: Flexibility for reporting and administration from home
Who We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: Relevant human services discipline
- Essential Registration: NDIS commission registration for PBS work
- Community Focused: Willingness to provide services in the community
- Experience: Ideally, one year in positive behaviour support
- Passion and Enthusiasm: Fun, passionate, and excited about meaningful work
- Licenses and Checks: Australian driver’s licence, WWCC, and satisfactory police check
