We are seeking an Education Administration Officer to join our team. The role will focus on organising and scheduling staff education and development, document control and quality systems.
Reporting to the Business Manager, the Education Adminsistration Officer will be responsible for administering the online education system; coordinating onsite education by external providers; liaising with RTOs to provide certified training to staff; liaising with department managers regarding staff training needs and keeping all education and training records.
Additionally the role will assist the Business Manager with quality data management and document control.
This role is nominally 3 days per week however there is scope to expand the role depending on the applicant's skills and experience. Working days and hours are flexible and can be discussed with the Manager at interview.
You Will Have
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
- High level computer literacy including the use of Microsoft Office suite;
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and management;
- The ability to work independently, be self directed and plan well;
- A current First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
Ideally, but not essentially, you will also have qualifications and/or experience in aged care or other health care sector as well as experience in developing and delivering adult education programs.
