Little Peoples Early Learning Centre Oak Flats is seeking a passionate and experienced Nominated Supervisor to lead our team of educators and support our families. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated early childhood professional to take on a leadership role with strong support and a clear focus on what matters most – high-quality care and education.
About The Role
As Nominated Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre.
- Mentor, guide, and support our team of educators.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and frameworks.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the wider community.
- Focus on hands-on leadership, working closely with children and educators.
- Have dedicated off-the-floor time to complete administrative, planning, and leadership tasks.

What You’ll Need
- Australian working rights
- Diploma (minimum) or ECT qualification (ACECQA approved); working towards ECT will be considered
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- Child Protection Training and understanding of child safe standards
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (current and approved)
- NESA Teacher Accreditation (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the National Law and Regulations, EYLF, and best practices in early childhood education
