The Digital and Virtual Learning Team (D&VL) is seeking a Project Officer to support the development and delivery of capability programs, resources and activities that enhance the digital capability and confidence of school leaders and teachers. This role plays a vital part in providing high-quality operational, project, and administrative support to an innovative project team. The successful applicant will be responsible for a coordinating a range of administrative and project functions, including project management, communications, stakeholder engagement, procurement and financial processes, travel arrangements, video production support and executive support.

About The Role

This is a temporary full-time position until 12 December 2025, unless otherwise determined. The base location of this role is in the Brisbane CBD.
Responsibilities Include
- Coordinating a range of operational and project functions, including procurement, finance, reporting and executive support
- Supporting the development and delivery of capability programs, resources and activities that enhance digital teaching and learning
- Managing communications and stakeholder engagement activities, including briefings, updates and the production of high-quality resources
- Organising logistics for travel, meetings and events to ensure smooth and professional delivery
- Creating video assets and supporting video production during pre-production, filming and post-production phases
- Contributing to innovative project design and responding flexibly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Upholding sound governance and risk management practices, while fostering an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
