About The Role
As the Manager of Intensive Case Management Services, you will lead a dynamic team committed to delivering evidence-based, innovative and impactful support to students and their families. You'll be the driving force behind quality service delivery, workforce capability, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities Include
In this influential role, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality case management services.
- Drive innovation in practice, process and governance, ensuring alignment with policy and departmental goals.
- Oversee complex caseloads and guide triage, planning and reporting to meet key priorities and timeframes.
- Build capacity through effective recruitment, workforce planning, training and performance management.
- Directly support critical cases, and resolve escalated matters with care and expertise.
- Strengthen collaboration with schools, government and non-government agencies to create pathways and solutions for vulnerable students.
- Lead regional initiatives, forums and engagement strategies that influence systems and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, policy and information management standards.

- Proven leadership experience, with a passion for developing people and high-performing teams.
- A strong background in case management, care coordination and working with children, young people and families.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement and cross-agency collaboration.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to navigate complex systems with empathy and integrity.
