What’s the Role?
We’re looking for an Executive Principal – Education & Pathways to lead and expand our Y Community School campuses and alternative education programs. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of education, ensuring disengaged young people have the support, skills, and confidence to succeed.
As the Executive Principal you will be a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO.

- Leading the Y Community School Strategy – ensuring high-quality education and compliance with VRQA & ISV regulations, and student-centred learning.
- Expanding education programs – developing new campuses and initiatives to reach more students like Invigor8ing Education and Alternative Suspension.
- Strengthening partnerships – working with government, education providers, and community groups.
- Driving strategic growth – securing funding and ensuring financial sustainability and building community partnerships.

- A visionary educator with VIT Full Registration and postgraduate qualifications in Education or Educational Leadership.
- A leader with 4+ years of experience in secondary education leadership, preferably across multiple campuses or alternative education settings.
- A natural strategic thinker and problem solver, able to drive both academic excellence and community partnerships.
