Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching across undergraduate and/or postgraduate ECE programs.
- Design and develop course content that aligns with international and regional accreditation standards.
- Supervise student research, practicum placements, and final-year projects.
- Engage in scholarly research and contribute to academic publications.
- Participate in curriculum review, quality assurance processes, and program development.
- Build collaborative relationships with schools, nurseries, and education stakeholders in the UAE.
π Qualifications & Experience
For Lecturer roles:
- Masterβs degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (PhD preferred).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in higher education.
- Familiarity with international early childhood frameworks (EYLF, Reggio Emilia, Te WhΔriki, etc.).
For Senior Lecturer / Assistant Professor roles:
- PhD in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education.
- A strong research portfolio with peer-reviewed publications.
- Experience supervising postgraduate students and leading academic teams is highly desirable.
