Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our team on-site at our Bexley, NSW location. This is a full-time role, and you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, implementing educational programs, and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment for children. Key tasks include delivering age-appropriate learning experiences, supporting children’s emotional and social development, maintaining a safe and stimulating classroom, and collaborating with other educators and families to promote the well-being and growth of every child.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lesson Planning and developing engaging educational programs.
- Strong Teaching and Education skills, with a focus on early childhood development.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Experience in Training and supporting team members is an advantage.
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
- Understanding of diversity, inclusion, and child safety practices.
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification are essential.
- Passionate about creating nurturing environments for children and fostering a love of learning.
