Position Overview
We are excited to offer opportunities for
Diploma Educators to join our brand-new, purpose-built Schofields service, catering for 120 children. Open for less than a year, this Centre offers a fresh and inspiring environment where you can truly make your mark.
In this role, you will play a vital part in the daily operations of your room, supporting the delivery of high-quality education, strong routines, and a warm, inclusive environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of this Centre, building strong connections with families, supporting your colleagues, and delivering programs that foster curiosity, creativity, and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and deliver high-quality education and care in line with the EYLF and NQS
- Support room routines to create a safe, organised, and engaging learning environment
- Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging learning programs
- Champion the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families and maintain open communication
- Contribute to a positive team culture, reflective practice, and continuous improvement
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience as a Diploma Educator (minimum 6 months)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Child Protection training/certificate
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Passion for creating inspiring, engaging learning environments
