The Deputy Principal Year 3 -6 will be responsible for 13 classes in the senior school. a Key component of the role is to drive the Annual Improvement Plan Key Priorities: Engagement Framework and Inclusive Practices.
The QEWS will be undertaken with a full analysis of the data and results unpacked and used to develop engagement and wellbeing strategies for students in the middle to senior school.
Responsibilities Include
- Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Deputise for the Principal when required.
- Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
