- Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality educational programs aligned with EYLF and QKLG
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the community

- Guide, mentor, and support educators to deliver best practice

About You
- Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and National Regulations
- Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- A passion for leading teams and supporting children to thrive
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
