Key Responsibilities
Student Support & Engagement
- Lead Positive Behaviour for Learning at the classroom and school level.
- Support safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments.
- Implement targeted interventions for students needing extra wellbeing or behavioural support.
- Build strong, positive relationships with students and families.
- Encourage resilience, personal responsibility, and engagement.
- Deliver programs to develop social skills, self-esteem, and confidence.
Monitoring & Data-Informed Practice
- Track attendance, behaviour, and engagement trends.
- Use data to guide classroom planning and early intervention.
- Implement strategies to promote consistent attendance, positive behaviour, and student presentation.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to a supportive school culture.
