As the Principal of Gumdale State School, you will play a vital role in delivering the vision of the department. The leadership role of Principal is critical to improving the educational outcomes of students in their schools.
The Principal has a major influence on developing the quality of teaching and learning and nurturing positive relationships between students, teachers and stakeholders.
Your opportunity
The Principal classification at Gumdale SS is Level 6 however the Principal is remunerated at Level 8, due to being recognised under the Special Purpose Provision - over 1100 Enrolments
currently until 31/12/26.
