Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate
Diploma Qualified Educator to join the team at our Merrylands
. You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Working alongside a collaborative team, you’ll help deliver high-quality early learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Qualifications And Skills
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Child Protection training/certificate
- Experience leading a room and mentoring educators
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
