We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Department - Teaching and learning to lead our academic team and drive excellence in teaching practices. As Head of Department - Teaching and Learning, you will be the driving force behind our instructional vision. You'll lead a talented team of educators, shaping curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment strategies that raise achievement and ignite a love of learning. Your leadership will directly influence the quality of teaching across the school, ensuring every classroom is a place where students are challenged, supported, and inspired. This is a temporary full-time position for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise determined.

- Build and sustain partnerships with students, parents, government agencies, and the wider community.
- Manage resources strategically and operate with a future-focused mindset, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
