Aspire Early Education is seeking passionate and qualified Kindergarten Teachers to join our new up-and-coming centres in Aintree, Werribee, Harpley and Lara. These positions are full-time opportunities.
This is ideal for confident, reflective and relational Early Childhood Teachers who demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge, compliance awareness, and the ability to lead a high-quality funded kindergarten program while building genuine partnerships with children, families, and educators.

The Opportunity
As a Kindergarten Teacher, You Will
- Lead the delivery of a high-quality, play-based funded kindergarten program
- Work within the kindergarten room
- Develop and implement curriculum aligned with the EYLF and Aspire’s Connect, Learn, Grow framework
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of compliance, quality standards and documentation
- Work collaboratively with Centre Leadership and the wider educator team
- Support inclusive practices and positive behaviour guidance strategies
- Work a rotating roster between 6:30am – 6:30pm, with availability across 5 days
About You
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA - approved equivalent
- Current VIT registration (provisional or full) – essential
- Experience delivering funded kindergarten programs
- Strong curriculum knowledge and compliance awareness
- Confident, reflective and relational teaching style
- Warm, professional communicator with a team-focused approach
- Flexible availability across a rotating roster
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
