Aspire Early Education is seeking passionate and qualified Kindergarten Teachers to join our new up-and-coming centres in Aintree, Werribee, Harpley and Lara. These positions are full-time opportunities.

This is ideal for confident, reflective and relational Early Childhood Teachers who demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge, compliance awareness, and the ability to lead a high-quality funded kindergarten program while building genuine partnerships with children, families, and educators.

The Opportunity

As a Kindergarten Teacher, You Will

Lead the delivery of a high-quality, play-based funded kindergarten program
Work within the kindergarten room
Develop and implement curriculum aligned with the EYLF and Aspire’s Connect, Learn, Grow framework
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
Demonstrate strong knowledge of compliance, quality standards and documentation
Work collaboratively with Centre Leadership and the wider educator team
Support inclusive practices and positive behaviour guidance strategies
Work a rotating roster between 6:30am – 6:30pm, with availability across 5 days

About You

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA - approved equivalent
Current VIT registration (provisional or full) – essential
Experience delivering funded kindergarten programs
Strong curriculum knowledge and compliance awareness
Confident, reflective and relational teaching style
Warm, professional communicator with a team-focused approach
Flexible availability across a rotating roster
Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
