Ballarat Christian College is seeking a relational, faith-driven and strategic leader to become its next Principal.

Working closely with the College Board, the Principal will lead the spiritual, educational and operational life of the College, fostering a culture of Christian faith, academic growth, educational excellence and genuine care for students and staff.

This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic Prep–Year 12 school community committed to Christ-centred education, strong relationships and the holistic development of every student.

Ballarat Christian College is a low-fee, co-educational Christian school within the Evangelical Protestant tradition, catering for students from Prep to Year 12.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will:

Provide strategic and spiritual leadership across the College
Lead and inspire a strong Executive Leadership Team
Foster a positive Christian culture grounded in discipleship, care and excellence
Champion outstanding teaching, learning and student wellbeing
Lead and manage whole-school improvement in educational excellence, including academic outcomes based on evidence-informed practice
Build strong partnerships with families, churches and the wider community
Lead future growth, innovation and organisational development
Oversee operational and ensure strong financial stewardship of the College

Passionate about Christian education, student growth and improved learning outcomes
