Selection Criteria
The Successful Applicant Will Demonstrate
- Relevant teaching qualifications and current NESA accreditation (or ability to obtain)
- A passion for Visual Arts education in Junior years
- An energetic, enthusiastic, and creative teaching style
- Ability to create a fun and engaging classroom environment while delivering strong educational outcomes
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth
