About The Organisation
Edmund Rice Education Australia Flexible Schools Ltd (EREAFSL) currently educates over 2,700 young people in 22 Flexible Learning Schools (12 based in Queensland and 10 other schools across Australia) and two Special Education Services Schools in NSW, with approximately 800 staff nationally. Flexi schools serve young people who experience complex educational, social or psychological situations which demand unique responses. They enable young people to engage in education in a supported learning environment through a methodology based on trauma informed practice, to co-create a Common Ground using Operation by Principles, in which the principles of Honesty, Respect, Participation, Safe & Legal are embedded. Our special schools serve young people with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.
St Laurence Flexible Learning Centre offers a full-time and multiyear secondary education program for young people who have disengaged from mainstream schooling. Flexible Schools respond with a variety of flexible and innovative teaching and learning practices, including vocational planning and the development of social connectedness.
About The Role
The Associate Head of Campus plays a key leadership role in supporting the Head of Campus in the effective day-to-day operations of the school. The role works in close cooperation with the Head of Campus and the Area Principal.

About You

The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Tertiary qualifications in Teaching with current teacher registration with NESA.
- A current clean Drivers Licence and a willingness to drive the school van (transport of young people is required).
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a school or alternative education setting is essential.
- Demonstrated previous experience teaching in diverse educational environments.
