The Opportunity
As Our Kindergarten Teacher At Googong West, You Will
- Lead the delivery of a high-quality, play-based funded kindergarten program
- Work within the Kindergarten room
- Develop and implement curriculum aligned with the EYLF and Aspire’s Connect, Learn, Grow Framework
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of compliance, quality standards and documentation
- Work collaboratively with Centre Leadership and the wider educator team
- Support inclusive practices and positive behaviour guidance strategies
- Work a rotating roster between 6:30am – 6:30pm, with availability across 5 days
About You
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
- 1-year proven experience as a Kindergarten Teacher
- Current NESA registration (provisional or full) – essential
- Experience delivering funded kindergarten programs
- Strong curriculum knowledge and compliance awareness
- Confident, reflective and relational teaching style
- Warm, professional communicator with a team-focused approach
- Flexible availability across a rotating roster
- Current Working With Children Check (NSW)
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
