About the Role

You will work closely with senior leadership to design curriculum frameworks, establish school routines, and foster a school culture grounded in Catholic values. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of the primary school curriculum, policies, and routines
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment aligned with Catholic values
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure seamless transition and pathway from Foundation to Year 6
- Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the broader community
- Support staff professional learning experiences, fostering growth and innovation
- Contribute to establishing operational systems, policies, and procedures for the new school
- Promote student wellbeing, inclusion, and personal development
You will have:
- Current or pending registration with the relevant education authority (e.g., VIT)
- Proven leadership experience within Catholic or independent schools
- Strong strategic thinking and operational skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- A genuine passion for faith-based education, inclusion, and student success
- Commitment to fostering a positive, nurturing school culture
