Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) serves 24 primary schools, five secondary colleges and two boarding facilities, united by a commitment to educational excellence and communities of Welcome, Faith, Service and Learning.
As Head of Curriculum and Pedagogy, you will provide strategic leadership of curriculum implementation, pedagogical excellence and instructional improvement across the Diocese, leading a dedicated team of Curriculum and Pedagogy School Improvement Officers and supporting schools to deliver high-quality teaching and learning that improves outcomes for every student.
Working closely with the Director, School Improvement Services, School Improvement Leaders, Principals and Executive colleagues, you will strengthen principal and teacher capability, lead system-wide curriculum reform, drive evidence-informed teaching practices, provide expert guidance on complex curriculum and instructional leadership matters, and contribute to the broader school improvement agenda across the Diocese.
We are seeking an accomplished educational leader who brings:
- significant leadership experience as a Principal and/or senior system leader.
- proven experience leading curriculum implementation, pedagogical excellence and instructional improvement.
- exceptional leadership capability with the ability to coach, influence and develop high-performing teams.
- outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- a genuine commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
