Are you an experienced primary teacher with a passion for curriculum, pedagogy and the early years of learning?
Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga is seeking a School Improvement Officer Curriculum & Pedagogy (Early Years) to join our School Improvement Services Team.
In this influential leadership role, you'll work alongside principals, school leaders and teachers to strengthen curriculum implementation and evidence-informed teaching across Preschool to Year 2. Through coaching, mentoring and professional learning, you'll help build educator capability and improve learning outcomes for young learners across the Diocese.
You'll play a key role in supporting schools to implement contemporary curriculum, embed high-impact teaching practices and drive continuous school improvement.
You'll Bring
- A recognised teaching qualification and current teacher accreditation.
- Extensive experience in primary education with expertise in curriculum and pedagogy.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-informed teaching and early years learning.
