Australian International Academy (AIA) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Secondary Business Studies Teacher to join our North Kellyville campus.
About the Role
- Deliver high-quality, engaging Business Studies lessons, with a strong focus on Stage 6 (Years 11 and 12).
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the NSW Business Studies syllabus and HSC examination requirements.
- Develop effective teaching and learning programs that promote academic excellence, critical thinking and real-world business applications.
- Use student performance data to identify learning gaps and implement targeted strategies to maximise HSC results.
- Develop and deliver high-quality assessments aligned with NESA requirements.
- Collaborate with a supportive and dedicated faculty to continuously improve teaching practices and student achievement.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Relevant teaching qualifications and current NESA accreditation.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Stage 6 Business Studies, including HSC classes.
- A strong understanding of HSC assessment, marking criteria and examination expectations.
- A proven ability to support students in achieving strong academic results.
- Excellent classroom management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to professional growth, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- A current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
