About Our School
Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Primary School (OLSOTS) is a vibrant, co-educational Catholic school catering for approximately 155 students from Pre-Kindy to Year 6 located on the pristine shores of the Great Australian Bight and serving a population of some 10,000 residents.
True to our identity as "a great family school," our size is our strength: every student is known by name, deeply valued, and provided with a genuine sense of belonging. We pride ourselves on a warm, connected community where staff, students, and parents work in authentic partnership.
Our school culture is anchored in the Salvatorian charism, inspired by the life and vision of Blessed Francis Jordan. We are guided by the call to use "all ways and means" to make the love, goodness, and kindness of Jesus the Saviour known through our everyday actions, relationships, and service. We offer an education marked by academic rigour, strong values, and spiritual depth - inviting our students to grow into confident, competent, and resilient young people ready to lead with integrity.
