As The Program Officer, You Will Specifically
- Be responsible for operational activities including program administration, finance and client services.
- Assist in the provision of advice and support on a range of program initiatives which may include information management, reporting and other administrative tasks.
What We Are Looking For
The position requires an applicant who can:
- Coordinate and monitor contracts or agreements, manage correspondence, and process claims for payment, ensuring all tasks are completed within set timelines.
- Assist in ensuring stakeholders and providers comply with Vocational Education and Training (VET) contractual arrangements and meet all reporting requirements.
- Operate departmental computer and information systems effectively, utilising various software packages to process claims, undertake compliance monitoring activities, track documents, record data, retrieve and analyse information.
- Negotiate, consult, and resolve conflicts with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and effective manner.
- Liaise with stakeholders and provide accurate information about the Investment Division's training programs and initiatives.
