Job Description

Join the dynamic Student Engagement team as a Student Engagement Advisor. In this role, you will provide professional advice and support services to students, working closely with academic and specialist colleagues to ensure their success throughout their studies. Become part of a collaborative and supportive team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and student experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to student enquiries.
Proactively engage with students via phone, email, and digital platforms.
Accurately complete administrative tasks and data entry.
Assist students with re-enrolments and provide course sequencing advice.
Collaborate with academic and specialist staff to ensure effective student support.
Apply relevant policies and procedures to deliver timely, accurate information.

Qualifications

A proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work
Strong computer literacy, including advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with student record systems is a plus
A flexible and adaptable approach to working collaboratively within a team
Experience in a tertiary education environment is desirable but not essential if the core criteria are met
