Caboolture State School is located on the Sunshine Coast in the state of Queensland, Australia. To our north are the historical Glasshouse Mountains, as well as the sun and sand of the Sunshine Coast; to our east is the Pummistone Passage and Bribie Island. Forty-five minutes to the south lies the metropolitan city of Brisbane.

- Demonstrated expertise in behaviour management, including the implementation of proactive, school-wide support strategies.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum differentiation to meet the diverse academic, social, and emotional needs of all learners.
- Experience in applying trauma-informed practices to create safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environments.
- Ability to lead and mentor staff in inclusive education practices aligned with departmental policy and the school's strategic priorities.
- Effective collaboration with families, specialists, and external agencies to support student wellbeing and engagement.
About The Role
You will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of high-quality advice and support provided by the Special Education Program and/or Early Childhood Development Program.
- Lead and manage the Special Education Program and/or Early Childhood Development Program to provide advice to classroom teachers for students with disability as needed.
- Provide high quality advice to the school leadership team, classroom teachers and other school staff to develop, plan and implement effective reasonable adjustments for students with disability.
- Coordinate and provide intensive targeted teaching for students requiring intervention.
- Provide, support and/or coordinate case management for students who require extensive or substantial
