Marsden State High School is seeking an exceptional and visionary Head of School to lead our vibrant educational community into the next chapter of growth and excellence. As Head if School, you will be responsible for shaping the school’s vision, driving academic innovation, ensuring operational excellence, and strengthening relationships among students, faculty, patents and the wider community.
This is a temporary full-time position commencing 22 January 2026 until 26 June 2026, unless otherwise determined. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic educator to make a lasting impact and guide our school toward an outstanding future.

- Plan Strategically and Manage Effectively: Lead with a future-focused mindset, ensuring sound understanding of relevant legislation and effective management of resources to achieve school goals.
