As Regional Principal for VIC & TAS, we are seeking a visionary Senior Educational Leader to guide, mentor, and elevate Campus Principals across our region driving excellence in teaching, learning, compliance, and student achievement at every level.
The Position:
A rare and exciting opportunity for a Senior Educational Leader to embed themselves in this pivotal role responsible for leading and supporting all campuses across our VIC & TAS regions. The primary objective is to strategically and operationally lead all Campus Principals in your allocated Region and ensure the highest standards in Teaching and Learning, Student achievement, quality, compliance and governance with the vision, values and strategy of OneSchool Global.
This position will require extensive travel to regularly visit the campuses in your cluster including; Melton, Berwick, Bendigo, Bairnsdale, Nathalia, Hamilton, Swan Hill in addition to our Tasmania Campuses Launceston & Hobart.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting, respecting, and reinforcing the School’s Ethos, Values and Guiding Principles In accordance with the School Improvement Plan, providing leadership in the delivery of the curriculum and the development of the modern learning culture to enhance teaching and learning.
- Visiting your campuses regularly to strengthen relationships and support your Campus Principals in leading their campuses.
- Developing and using management systems to support and enhance student learning.
- Working closely with People & Culture in all things ‘people’ to strive towards our High Performance Team Strategy “HPT”.
- Strengthening communication and relationships with each Campus Principal and Heads of Department within your region and the broader business community.
- Participating and contributing actively and positively in planning and strategic endeavours as part of the OneSchool Global Senior Education Leadership Team (SELT).
- Bring your leadership and stewardship to our students and parents to drive a learning culture that is best in class.
- Engage regularly in teaching and learning opportunities with students.
