- Deputise for the Principal as required, upholding the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical and moral leadership role.
- Embed socially just, inclusive practices in everyday school life and set high expectations for student achievement and staff performance.
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with parents, community groups, government agencies, industry and business to enhance learning opportunities.
- Manage school resources strategically to achieve organisational goals, with a sound understanding of relevant legislation and policy frameworks.
