As the Head of Admissions, you will report to the Director of Community Engagement to drive our enrolment strategy. You will be the bridge between data-driven strategy and human-centered connection.
Your Key Impact Areas Will Include
- Future-Proofing the College: Executing strategic enrolment goals that build upon our current success, ensuring we continue to progress and thrive for generations to come.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Partnering with the Community Engagement team to articulate our values and culture to prospective families.
- Leadership: Mentoring the Admissions Administrator and overseeing the daily operations of a high-performing, professional office.
- Event Excellence: Leading the charge on Open Day tours, Insights and new parent information evenings, scholarship programs, and recruitment events.
- Data Intelligence: Analysing the student journey—from first inquiry to graduation—to provide actionable insights for the Principal and Executive team.
