An opportunity exists to become a part of the Pimpama State Secondary College community in the role of Head of Department, Student Services - Middle School Dean.
This role is offered on a temporary full-time basis from 20 April 2026 to 11 December 2026.
You will work as part of the Middle School team to employ management and engagement strategies, build positive relationships and develop quality teach and learning.

About You
Pimpama State Secondary College is seeking an energetic leader to lead within the Middle School team.
In this role you will work with staff, students, parents, stakeholders and outside agencies to engage our students.
The Head of Department (Middle School Dean) role requires a leader who is dynamic, agile and committed to success for every student.
The role will have a particular emphasis on nurturing positive relationships between year 9 students, teachers and community.
