Everton Park State High School is seeking a Deputy Principal to join a high performing team for the remainder of 2026 in a temporary full-time capacity. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership across curriculum, pedagogy with a focus on wellbeing, engagement and belonging. They will be responsible for leading Years 7 and 8.

About The Role
As Deputy Principal, you will:
- Leading the strategic vision for inclusion across the school, relevant to the schools context.
- Leading belonging, engagement and wellbeing, and supporting and developing middle leaders through instructional leadership.
- Reviewing and refining whole school MTSS.

- Support the Principal in leading the school community to develop and commit to a shared vision focused on high-quality learning outcomes for all students, and deputise when required.
- Model ethical, values-based leadership while embedding socially just practices across all aspects of school life.
- Maintain high expectations for both student achievement and staff performance.
- Engage in continuous professional learning and contribute to a culture of lifelong development.
- Build strong partnerships and manage resources strategically, with an understanding of relevant legislation and policies, to achieve school goals and future-focused outcomes.
