Oxenford State School is seeking a Head of Department (Curriculum) for a temporary full-time position for a period of 2 terms, unless otherwise determined. About The Role
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Lead the strategic development, implementation, and review of curriculum across all year levels.
- Ensure alignment with relevant curriculum frameworks and standards.
- Drive improvement in teaching and learning (reading in particular) through data-informed decision making.
- Collaborate with leadership to embed whole-school priorities and initiatives.
Highly Desirable Skills And Experience
- Experience in curriculum leadership or a similar role.
- Deep understanding of curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform teaching and learning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
