We have a number of leadership positions available across our College:
- Dean of Students (Stage 3) - We are seeking a passionate and experienced Stage 3 teacher who is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people. If you are an educator with experience in student pastoral care, a passion for a proactive approach to positive wellbeing and someone who recognises that student wellbeing and learning are deeply interconnected, then we would love to hear from you.
- Leaders of Learning (Year 1 and Year 2) - Our Stage 1 Leaders of Learning provide curriculum and pedagogical leadership across Year 1 and Year 2, supporting teachers to design rich learning experiences that develop deep understanding, curiosity and character. Through coaching, mentoring and collaborative professional learning, the Leader of Learning builds teacher capacity, strengthens curriculum design and wholistic assessment practices, and supports the continual growth of both teachers and students
- Leader of Learning (Stage 5) - The Stage 5 Leader of Learning provides curriculum and pedagogical leadership across the stage, supporting teachers to design rich learning experiences that develop deep understanding, curiosity and character. Through coaching, mentoring and collaborative professional learning, the Leader of Learning builds teacher capacity, strengthens curriculum design and assessment practices, and supports continual improvement in student learning.
