About The Position
Reporting to the Manager, Community & Partnership and working closely with the Principal and Director of Finance & Business Operations, the Enrolments Registrar provides strategic leadership to the Enrolments team and is a key ambassador for the College.
The Role Has Responsibility For
- Driving enrolment growth, retention and engagement
- Leading a high‑performing enrolments function and team
- Building strong relationships with families, agents and partners
- Ensuring compliance with all domestic enrolment requirements
- Supporting scholarships, bursaries and educational programs
This role is five (5) days per week, Monday to Friday, thirty-eight (38) hours per week, between 8.00am – 4.06pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end enrolment journey, ensuring a professional, welcoming and seamless experience for families
- Develop and implement enrolment and engagement strategies aligned to the College’s Strategic Plan
- Analyse enrolment data, trends and forecasts and provide regular reports to College leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective families, community partners and agents
- Represent the College at tours, open days, orientation events, and marketing events
- Lead scholarship and bursary programs, including application, assessment and budget oversight
- Manage, mentor and develop the Enrolments team to deliver exceptional service
- Contribute to the College’s pastoral care, child safety and community culture
About You
You are a confident, relational and strategically minded leader who thrives in a dynamic school environment. You bring a strong understanding of enrolments, community engagement and partnership development, and are comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level.
You Will Demonstrate
- Proven experience in enrolments, community engagement or partnership development (preferably in an educational setting)
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and market trends
- Excellent communication, presentation and public‑speaking skills
- Strong leadership, organisational and administrative capabilities
- A collaborative, solutions‑focused approach with high levels of professionalism and integrity
Qualifications And Requirements
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or eligibility to obtain
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, and weekends as needed
