Good Shepherd College is a thriving P–12 coeducational Lutheran school serving the Hamilton community across two campuses. Supported by Lutheran Education VIC, NSW & TAS Region (LEVNT), the College is entering an exciting new chapter and seeks an experienced, faith‑driven and future‑focused Principal to lead with vision, integrity and purpose.
About the Role
The College is seeking a leader who will:
- Demonstrate a strong Christian faith and commitment to Lutheran education
- Bring proven experience in senior educational leadership, ideally P–12
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students, staff and families
- Lead a supportive, high‑performance culture grounded in care, collaboration and innovation
- Champion contemporary educational practice and drive strategic growth
- Work closely with the College Board to strengthen enrolments, reputation and community confidence
