The Opportunity
This strategic leadership role oversees Senior Schooling, Student Engagement and Wellbeing, ensuring students are known, supported and pathway-ready. The successful applicant will work closely with Heads of Department, the Student Support Team and senior leaders to drive improved outcomes in attainment, attendance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
As the Deputy Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and quality assure senior pathways (ATAR, VET, QCE attainment).
- Oversee engagement and wellbeing systems to support student success.
- Line manage Mathematics, Science and Humanities faculties.
- Lead and coordinate the Student Support Team (Guidance, Youth Support, Health, Wellbeing).
- Oversee Year 11 and Year 12 student management.
- Coordinate key senior events (Formal, Graduation, Student Leadership).
- Drive data-informed improvement in attendance, behaviour and achievement.
