Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher at Al Siraat College in Melbourne, VIC. The Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering lesson plans, guiding student learning, fostering an engaging classroom environment, and tailoring education to meet diverse student needs. Additionally, the Teacher will collaborate with colleagues and participate in training sessions to enhance instructional effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and delivering structured educational activities
- Strong foundation in Education principles and pedagogical techniques
- Excellent Teaching and Training skills to facilitate student engagement and learning
- Effective Communication skills for interactions with students, parents, and colleagues
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; teaching certifications preferred
- Commitment to fostering inclusion and aligning with the College's Islamic tradition
- Experience working with diverse student populations is advantageous
