Role Description There are full-time, part-time and casual on-site Teacher role based in Arncliffe NSW 2205. The Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with school values and curriculum requirements, using blended and project-based learning approaches. Responsibilities include assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs. The Teacher will create a safe, inclusive classroom environment, manage daily classroom activities, and collaborate with colleagues, families, and school leadership to support learners’ development. Additional duties may include contributing to school events, participating in professional learning, and helping to shape a culture that nurtures character, leadership, and academic excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Teaching and Training skills, with experience facilitating engaging, student-centered learning.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum implementation, including 21st-century and project-based learning approaches.
- Background in Education, with understanding of diverse learning styles and self-paced, mastery-based instruction.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear classroom communication and constructive engagement with families and colleagues.
- Relevant teaching qualifications and registration (or eligibility) for the Greater Sydney Area.
- Demonstrated ability to create inclusive, values-based learning environments that support character and leadership development.
- Comfort with educational technology and blended learning platforms.
- Prior experience in Christian or values-focused schooling is beneficial.
