St Patrick’s College Shorncliffe is entering an exciting new chapter. Following a comprehensive review of the College’s Middle Leadership Structure, we are delighted to announce the creation of several key leadership opportunities that will strengthen our capacity to deliver outstanding outcomes for our students, staff and community. These newly designed positions reflect our commitment to innovation, continuous improvement and future-focused leadership.
The successful applicants will join the College’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and play a pivotal role in shaping a courageous, innovative and future-focused learning community.
Tier 5 Middle Leader Opportunities Available
Director of Administration & Analytics: Leads administration, timetabling, staffing coordination, scheduling, operational systems and analytics.
Director of Students: Leads student wellbeing, pastoral care, behaviour development and engagement across Years 7-12.
Director of Learning Systems & Student Analytics: Leads learning technologies, LMS development and student analytics to improve outcomes.

- A Current Resume which will include two professional referees.
- A cover letter outlining your interest in the position, highlighting your relevant experience, leadership capabilities, and the strengths you would bring to the role, with reference to the key accountabilities.
