This is a temporary part-time position (0.4 FTE, 20 Hours per Fortnight) until the end of Term 2, 27 June 2025, with possible extension.

About The Role
Our Guidance Officer plays a pivotal role in the lives of our students sharing their professional capability with our families, staff and young people in pursuit of increasing a sense of safety, connection and belonging at Nerang State School.
Individual student support, capability building, engagement with stakeholders and productively contributing to attendance initiatives are key aspects of the role.
The successful applicant will build relationships quickly with students and their families as well as staff with a focus on building capability and pacing engagements to meet the needs of all stakeholders.
